In this role, you will prepare seals and gaskets to be joined together according to customer specifications. This position is eligible for incentive pay! Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Join seal corners
• Check gasket and magnet lengths according to work instructions
• Trim and pack gaskets for shipping

WORK ENVIRONMENT  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.  The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and vibration.  The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.  The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. • High School Diploma or General
• Previous experience working as a Splicer a Plus
